Another Empty Shell

Hi..My name is Tracey Styles and I absolutly love your work but I have only done around 1yr of learning photoshop and still have a lot to learn..Could you pretty please give me just a hint of how you did this,{another empty shell},I have tried to stare and think at it till my eyes ache but cannot see how it is done,some things are clear to me but the most of how you did this amazing art I cannot understand..You are my inspiration and any hint or clue I would greatly appreciate it as I know how long this would of taken to do and a tutorial would be out of the question...Could you please help a Photoshopper out plzzzzzzzzzzz....
